The Scientific Advisory Committee is a group of regionally recognized leaders and international experts in areas including global health research, political science, economics, and international relations. This committee is responsible for:

•    Advising on Research and Training needs
•    Advising on funding strategies
•    Reviewing progress and giving feedback
•    Internal and regional expansion
•    Developing new strategies for collaboration
